Folding Leaf

I was walking through some weeds and when I looked back I thought that it was weird that all the weeds looked crumpled up. When I looked closer I discovered that they fold up when you touch them! CHECK IT OUT!

HI SON:

Sorry I missed your call again, but I was loading furniture, & didn’t have my phone on me. Merlin & I worked on the apartment project both the 4th & 5th putting in vanities, bi/fold doors, and base. That was the first opportunity that I had to go with him, and I’m telling you, that is quit the project that you got for us. It will definitely keep us busy until you get back, since there are 400 more left to be done. Melissa had her barbeque on Sunday, beings how we had to work those days. We all had a good time, and great food, but there was a big void, (YOU WERE MISSING). Everyone played the game “Cranium” for about 4 hours, and really enjoyed it, including your Grandpa Duke.

I really enjoy all the wonderful pictures that you are taking, and reading all your updates. Keep it up Son; you are making it interesting and enjoyable for all. I will see you in a few weeks, and I will bring the stuff that you need with me then.

LOVE YA:

MOM

PS: Enjoy Panama, but please stay out of Columbia. You do not need to go into countries that are dangerous to Americans at this time. Listen to your MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luke, Thanks for the folding leaf video.....now why the heck does it do that? Does it unfold? Is it trying to catch slow moving fly's? Is it only indigenious to that place? Is it edible? Posionous? I need more info man!! LOL! Kipp

I went with one of the other firemen wives to the "Eudyville Family Redneck Party" last night that was fun......summer tradition around here. We just walked over. It was beautiful night on the lake. I skipped the crawfish.......gross....butthe music and company was good. Glad all is to the good. Talk Later LMC
